At Lighthouse Recovery, we believe in a holistic approach to wellness that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable and supported.
At Lighthouse Recovery, our mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health and wellness through education, support, and community. We believe that everyone has the potential to live a vibrant and fulfilling life, and we're here to help them achieve that goal.
Yoga helps bring back the connection to self. The combination of breath, physical practice of yoga and connecting to the neuro- transmitters in the brain, you can actually start breaking bad habits, in the mind and body and start establishing new healthy habits.
Lighthouse Recovery started as a passion project, (Mountain Pathways Recovery.
It is my mission to help others achieve a healthy lifestyle and maintain sobriety.
Chelsey has experienced some ups and downs herself and struggled from addiction and anxiety.
She has lost loved ones from this disease, and experienced death at a younger age, losing her father to this disease, now a she has pulled herself out of the darkness and found the light again.
This is why Chelsey has a fire inside of her to serve others in recovery.
She has been Practicing yoga on and off for over 20 years and always had the pull to get back on her mat.
In 2018, Chelsey decided to look into The Yoga Prison Project with the founder James Fox and was blown away the impact and how powerful that movement was and received a certificate of completion.
Also in 2018 she completed Yoga of the 12-Steps with Kyczy Hawk and got certified to become a leader herself for her community and found another tool to help serve.
With her passion in yoga she enrolled herself in The Colorado School of Yoga with a 200hr certificate in Integrated Vinyasa.
To finish the year off right, Chelsey enrolled to become a Peer Recovery Specialist.
Chelsey was searching even more in 2019 and wanted to go deeper, she enrolled in Meditation Teacher Training with Karen Anderson.
Chelsey found out even more about herself and helping others.
Chelsey is full of life, bubbly personality and always has loved deep conversations and connection.
Growing up in Colorado was raised backpacking through the mountains and camping since I was 5.
Skied from 6-15years old, snowboarding most of her adult life, hiking 14,000 feet peaks, with her favorite companion and teacher of the outdoors her Mother, and raced mountain bikes. Now my calling is readings books, walking by the water and doing yoga and meditation everyday.
Chelsey is always searching to go even deeper within herself to find more about spirituality, awareness and what brings her back to herself.
Chelsey has offered yoga classes, meditation and peer support groups to companies, clinics, jails, prisons and recovery centers, all over the mountains of Colorado and now making her way to the east coast.
She has settled back to her roots of new england and doing what she still loves..
Supporting her groups that she built on Facebook and Instagram community, and works coaching and advising people.

To identify our purpose and strengths is important after we get sober we need time, clarity and direction.
We need support doing that coming out of the fog.
A peer provider is a person who uses his or her lived experience of recovery from mental health or substance use conditions, plus skills learned in formal training, to promote mind-body recovery and resiliency.*
During our sit down or over the phone and get to know you better, we will establish what you would like to work on and goals in your recovery.
Continue to explore your needs and goals in recovery and help guide you to attain resilience and greatness on your journey.
Chelsey offers Guided Meditation in the privacy of your own space or outside. She practices mindfulness, heart opening and concentration meditation.
This 30 minute guided meditation is for more experienced people that have been sitting for some time.
This is a 15 minute guided meditation.
